As a student studying photographic arts at the Polytechnic of Central London, I made several photomontages using the cut and paste and in enlarger techniques. I drew inspiration from the DaDa movement and the Russian Constructivists. I continued to make montages for the stock libraries using the in enlarger techniques of montage, The processes were very slow and laborious . With the arrival of photoshop images that would take days to create could be done in hours.

 I see the montages I make as having a narrative, telling a story  within each image..
